Leaning over to look out the opposite window of my bullet train in order to glimpse the snow-covered cone of Mount Fuji pushing up out of the blanket of clouds covering the surrounding plains.
The blog is back! Last we heard, our hero was stopping over at Narita airport on his way home from the Philippines in 2007. Fittingly, we now pick up the thread for his trip back to Japan two years later.
